At Dar Ashjar for Publishing and Distribution, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with our fashion collections. If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, you can return or exchange items within 14 days of delivery provided they are in their original condition.

Return Process

  Contact our customer service team via email or WhatsApp with your order number and the details of the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Quality Inspection

  Ensure the apparel is unworn, unwashed, and still has all original tags and packaging attached to qualify for a successful return.

  Schedule a Pickup

  Once your request is approved, we will coordinate with our courier partners to collect the package from your doorstep at a convenient time.

  Refund Processing

  After we receive and inspect the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method or issued as store credit within 7-10 business days.
